How can I create an account at Glitter Designz?

You can create an account through My account tab link available on the top of the home page. Click on the new user sign up tab and fill out all the information needed to create your account. When you create an email account auto-generated confirmation will be sent to your email address

How do I update my profile?

To update your profile, you must log in to your account. After logging in, you will be redirected to your profile and click on any link available for update information relating to your profile.

How do i create a Paypal account?

To create a PayPal account, visit the website at  www.paypal.com. Click on the link Sign up and complete the requested information to create your account.

How can I make a direct payment through Paypal?

You can make payments through Paypal by clicking the Send Money link after logging in. When you are checking out your order and opt to pay through Paypal, you will be directed to the login page of Paypal. Once you sign in, you can make the direct payment for your order

What are the different modes of payment accepted?

We accept payments through Paypal and CC Avenue. For more information on payment options, please refer our Payment option section.

Can I track the package once you ship it from India?

Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.

What is the status of my order?

Upon processing your payment, an e-mail notification will be sent to you. Thereafter, we will update you periodically on the status of your order through e-mail.


What is the procedure to return a product, If I don’t like it?

Please report the return to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may email us or call us and inform us the same simultaneously refer our Returns policy.

Can I change the custom size after order of a salwar kameez?

If you want to change the custom size of your order, you must do so within 24 hours of ordering. For this you must send us an email with the correct size needed, order number and product code. We may not be able to help with any request after 24 hrs as the customizing process would have already been started.

How can I choose my custom size measurement for a salwar suit?

When you add a product to your shopping cart or wish list, you can choose between standard size or custom size. To submit customised measurement you can click custom size link. The page will provide you with all the necessary measurement details.

What should I do if my session expires during the transactions?

If your session expires during the transaction, you must restart it again if money has not been transferred. You will receive an email if money has been received and your transaction has been successful.

Does Glitter Designz handle International Orders?

Yes, we handle International Orders and ship our products world-wide.
