Overview – Return / Exchange Policy
At Glitter Designz we try our best to make sure that buyers are 100% satisfied with their orders. Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 Priority. However if due to some unforeseen situation if you select an item either for yourself or for a Gift and are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Glitter Designz, within 24 Hrs of receipt, simply notify us via telephone or email of your wish to return the item for a prompt and friendly exchange or refund.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• The item may be damaged during transit.
• Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
• Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.
Item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item:
• If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered, please contact us within 24 Hrs of receipt for a Return Authorization approval prior to sending an item back to us for Exchange or Return. We will not accept any item received without prior approval for Exchange or Return Authorization. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
• All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress and will be inspected for acceptance prior to issuing an exchange or refund. Presence of original tags is must to accept returns back. Address your package to the address indicated when you receive the Return Authorization approval. All items in question will be returned within 7 days by the customer to return department in India.
• If the original ordered item is no longer available then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange.
• If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever or any other amicable resolution as mutually agreed with customer.
• All items returned must be in unworn, in new condition, Items which have any stains, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns.
• Items cannot be returned with the reason that they do not look like the image displayed on the website as we try our best to match all outfits based on the images. A variation in shade is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of colour under different lights.
• We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
• We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods. The refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods under any circumstances.
• Returns would not be accepted for any custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees, Salwar kameez, Lehnga, Sherwani, Suits, Jodhpuris or Sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
• For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping your return through Fedex, DHL, UPS, or similar service which will provide you with a Shipping Tracking Number and insure the item for its value. Customer is responsible for risk of loss on all return shipments. Please do follow this recommendation, and do not ship any item to us without a Shipping Tracking Number or Insurance.
