Shipping Policy



Shipping fees are not set up in each item price. Shipping charges are calculated on basis of weight or volume (whichever is higher) of product package.

• You benefit from reduced shipping rate for each additional item. The weight of a product can be found on its detail page. To coincide with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the nearest 500 grams. So if product package weight is 499 gms then it will be charged for 500 gms. And if product package weight is 800 gms it will be charged for 1 Kg slot. International shipping and handling fee is based on the size of your order, bigger the order, lower the rate. Free shipping to any address in India.

• If you order two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days because of varying item availability and shipping locations.

Let's take an example to understand it

If you buy a Salwar kameez, weight of Salwar kameez will be appx 900 gms, hence it will comes under 1 Kg. slot. And it will be charged for 1 Kg instead of 900 gms.If you buy a turban, turban's actual weight will be around 300-450 gms, but as it will be packed in a corrugated box for safety hence Its volumetric weight will be around 2.5 Kg approx. So it will be charged for 2.5 Kg not for 500 gms


The residential shipments to USA and some other countries will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package. Our courier agents FedEx /DHL / UPS etc will not be able to provide signed confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is present to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days


Shipping time indicated on our website at each product are indicative and approximate values, and sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, delays may occur. If for some reason, there is a shipping delay because an item is out of stock or is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. We can choose to deliver your order in separate parts. No refund, return, replacement and exchange will be accepted for this reason. However, some benefits such as gift coupons to use for future orders, gifts, etc., may be authorized on a case by case basis.


Every article we have included shipping time with the image of the product. These values are approximate, and some products can be delivered before or after and also case by case basis, depending on availability and other factors. We recommend you email us the item code to assess the actual shipping time.

All orders are usually shipped within 21 days after the confirmation of the order. However your products may not be in stock and in that case a custom made shipment may take 5/6 weeks. All products are first polythene packed then packing paper wrapped. All orders are shipped by our courier service and home delivered within approximately 6 working days after dispatch of the shipment. Please note that all the products (Sarees, Salwar Kameez, Kurtis Lehngas, Sherwanis, Jodhpuris, and Jewelry etc.) will be shipped from India.


VAT/ Custom Taxes and Import duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by your Government as they are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT/ Custom Taxes and Import duties are entirely customer’s responsibility. So, the International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country.


To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders , the delivery address provided must be  correct. Make sure to include the complete postal address with the correct Pin code. If return of the same order, customers are required to pay again for the return postage.

Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at all times.


We e-mail our customers regarding shipment of order as soon as the items are handed over to Courier. These e-mail alerts will contain the tracking number and the delivery date. You can also check the same on our order status. Tracking numbers for orders shipped can take upto24 hours to become active on our logistics partner’s website.


We send all our packages fully insured at no additional cost to customers. If the courier fails to deliver, you will not suffer any loss as the transit risk is all ours. We will not be responsible for packages lost or stolen or any total or partial damages to the package once it’s delivered at customer’s address by our logistics partner.
